Refunds

If StreetLap can't build a drivable track of your road, you get your money back.

The promise

Within 14 days of buying, if a route in the contiguous United States doesn't build into a drivable track, or the app won't run on a PC that meets the requirements, write to us and we refund you in full.

How

  1. Save the support file from the app (Help, then Save support file).
  2. Email it to [email protected] with your order number.
  3. We try to fix the build first if you'd like that. If you'd rather have the refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 working days.

After a refund the licence key stops working.
